Security

Our platform is hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS) in the Asia Pacific (Sydney) region, which holds ISO 27001 certification. Our security practices are aligned with ISO 27001; WellbeingSolutions is not itself ISO 27001 certified. We use role-based access and require our providers to protect information. No system is completely secure. We take reasonable steps to protect information, and we will notify affected people and the Privacy Commissioner of a notifiable privacy breach.
