Corporate wellbeing
Corporate wellbeing for office and multi-site teams
Corporate wellbeing for people who look fine in a meeting and still need a private way to answer. SMS check-ins, triage to professional support, anonymous trends and published pricing for New Zealand and Australian workplaces.
What corporate teams ask a wellbeing programme to do
A corporate wellbeing programme has to work across floors, cities and, often, both sides of the Tasman. The pressure is familiar: deadlines, change, travel, after-hours messages, and a culture that rewards looking composed. An open office makes a quiet “not today” feel public. A hybrid week means a manager may not see someone for days. A portal that waits for the employee to log in will miss the people who are already at capacity.
WellbeingSolutions is a corporate programme that reaches out. A named text asks a Yes or No. The person replies on the phone they take between meetings. A No is triaged to your professional support. Leaders of a function, a site or a whole business see anonymous trends. They do not receive the reply to read out in a leadership meeting.
The programme works alongside your EAP. It does not take its place. It gives people a front door and gives you a clean report. It is not a clinical service.
Check-ins that fit hybrid work
You decide the rhythm. A Monday note before the diary fills up. A message after a restructure announcement. A check-in for people who have been on the road. The wording stays plain. “Between meetings this week, are you OK?” “If change or a deadline is weighing on you, do you want a follow-up?” “Working away from the office, are you feeling OK?” Those are Yes/No questions, not surveys that take a lunch break.
Because it is SMS, there is no app for a travelling employee to install on hotel wifi. There is no separate login for a contractor you have chosen to include. Coverage still matters. If someone is on a plane, the message is there when they land.
New Zealand organisations can add AI-4U navigation. It is an AI tool that helps people find NZ helplines and your professional support. AI-4U support navigation is available 24/7. It is navigation, not counselling, and it does not handle emergencies. Australian pilots stay on SMS check-ins. Say that clearly if your rollout crosses both countries, so an Australian team is not offered a pilot item they will not receive.
Triage, EAP and what leaders see
Corporate teams usually already have an EAP or a preferred provider. Keep them. The check-in finds the people who want contact and triages that request to the support you named. Clinical notes stay out of employer dashboards. You agree minimum groups for reporting so a small team is not identifiable from a total.
Anonymous trends help a people lead or a partner group see whether a month of change showed up in the replies. They are a reason to look at workload, job design or a formal psychosocial risk assessment. They are not a performance file. Tell staff that replies are not used for disciplinary or performance decisions. That sentence belongs in the launch note.
Psychosocial risk beside the weekly check-in
A weekly text is a pulse. A psychosocial risk assessment is a structured look at hazards such as workload, isolation and poor support. Our assessment is informed by ISO 45003 guidance. It is not ISO certification, and using it is not a claim that duties under HSWA 2015 or Australian WHS laws have been met. It helps leaders see anonymous, aggregated findings and decide what to act on.
On a 3-year agreement, year 1 of the assessment is 50% off until 11:59pm NZDT, Tuesday 15 December 2026, including Small Team. Years 2 and 3 are the full tier price, plus CPI. A 1-year agreement pays the full tier price. Sites of up to 100 staff can also look at the limited all-in bundle on the pricing page. Sites over 100 staff take the core service plus the tiered assessment add-on.
Published pricing for corporate buyers
Corporate buyers should not have to wait for a slide to learn the price. The pricing page lists the bands, excl GST. A Workplace or SME under 20 staff is the Small Team rate: $995 a year on a 3-year agreement, always at full price. Larger corporate teams move through the per-person bands, with a minimum. The assessment add-on is $2,995 up to 100 staff, $4,495 for 101–249, $6,995 for 250–499, and 500+ by quote with a minimum of $6,995.
You can check a number in the calculator on that page, or start a pilot without a long procurement cycle. Free 2-week pilot: SMS check-ins and AI-4U, up to 10 staff (NZ), or Free 2-week SMS check-in pilot for up to 10 staff (AU). No app. Kevin replies within one business day. If you already know the sector, the corporate, law, and bank and telco pages describe the pressures in plainer language than a general brochure.
A sensible first rollout
Pick one function. Agree the support pathway. Send the first check-in to that group. Read the anonymous trend after two weeks and decide whether to add a site. Multi-site programmes fail when they launch everywhere before anyone has practised the follow-up. A corporate wellbeing programme should be boring in the best way: the text goes, the reply is triaged, the report stays anonymous, and the price was on the website before the first call.
Read corporate, law and banks and telcos. Then check pricing, read the assessment, or start a free pilot.
Questions about corporate wellbeing
Can one programme cover offices in New Zealand and Australia?
Yes. You can message one site or many. In New Zealand: Free 2-week pilot: SMS check-ins and AI-4U, up to 10 staff. In Australia: Free 2-week SMS check-in pilot for up to 10 staff.
Will a leadership team see individual replies?
No. Leaders see anonymous trends. Follow-up sits with the people authorised to triage a request and connect the person to professional support. Do not put client matters or health information in the text.
How is corporate pricing published?
Prices are on the pricing page, excl GST. A Workplace or SME under 20 staff uses the Small Team rate from $995 a year on a 3-year agreement. Larger teams use the published bands. The assessment add-on is priced by staff tier.
Is this only for open-plan offices?
No. It is for corporate and office teams, including hybrid and travelling staff, and it is the same check-in model we describe for law firms and for bank and telco teams. The text is private in a way a floor conversation is not.
